Baker (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Remish on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring quality control of all baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create new menu items
- Train and supervise assistant bakers as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a baker preferred but not required
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good time management skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Remish, visa sponsorship available.
