Experienced Baker

We are a well-established bakery in Ajman seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 900$. We welcome applications from Pakistani and African nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency of products by following proper techniques and measurements
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Train and supervise junior staff members
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Creativity in designing new recipes and decorations for baked goods
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physically fit to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work with hot equipment
- Fluent in English communication
