Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator

Our company in Dukhan is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Staff Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the management team. Your duties will include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing reports and presentations, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.
