Industrial Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Malayalee Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for studying and analyzing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline processes.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor production output and make adjustments as needed
- Review production data and identify trends or issues
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new processes or products
- Conduct time studies and create work methods to optimize labor utilization
- Perform cost analysis on materials, labor, and equipment
- Provide recommendations for cost reduction strategies
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering or similar role
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with standard working hours. This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Malayalee candidates. No English language skills are required for this position. Accommodation will not be provided.
