Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Mecca. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the visual merchandising of our products in order to increase sales and enhance customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve product placement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of current market trends. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Part-time availability may be considered
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Must be willing to relocate to Mecca and have accommodation arrangements

Responsibilities:
- Develop visual merchandising strategies in line with company objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve product placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to create attractive displays that reflect current market trends
- Ensure that all displays are properly stocked, clean, and well-maintained at all times
- Train store staff on proper product placement techniques and provide ongoing support as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Communicate effectively with store managers regarding product performance and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail sales is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
