Junior Construction Manager
As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and management of construction projects in Abu-Dhabi. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a full-time position suitable for English-speaking candidates from Egypt who are looking to start their career in construction management. Prior experience is not required as on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress of construction activities and identify potential issues or delays
- Work with technical teams to review and approve project designs and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management
- Assist in managing project finances including cost control measures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written)
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Abu-Dhabi.
