A leading construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and be able to lead a team to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans
- Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Review project designs and provide input for cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Report project progress to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE or GCC region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
