Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and onboard new sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and support
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Travel within Al Ahmadi or other areas in Kuwait as needed for client meetings and business development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the African or Malayalee market (experience in both markets is preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in the African or Malayalee market
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for local travel

Salary:
This is a contract job paying 1800$ per month.
