Handyman



We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Isa Town. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with properties and equipment
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and furniture
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of properties and common areas
- Communicate with property management team regarding repairs and maintenance needs
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on properties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and property management

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
