Barista at a Busy Cafe in Clairvaux



We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a busy cafe in Clairvaux. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, as well as assisting with other duties in the cafe as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure quality and consistency in every cup by following proper brewing techniques and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including regularly cleaning equipment and restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about our menu or products
- Work efficiently during busy periods to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Assist with other duties in the cafe, such as taking food orders or restocking shelves when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Must have strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have own visa or be eligible for employment in Clairvaux
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays
