Office Assistant
We are a fast-paced office in Sharjah seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, and photocopying
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Organize meetings and events when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
