Contract Florist - Dickirch, Luxembourg



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Florist to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and possess strong creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various events and occasions
- Source and purchase flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Ensure all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies and keep track of expenses
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for custom orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints or issues
- Monitor trends in the floral industry to stay informed of new techniques and designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to create unique designs that align with client requests
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using floral tools such as shears, wire cutters, etc.
- Understanding of basic business principles such as budgeting and inventory management

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in floral design is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends depending on event schedules

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
