Temporary Barista

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced temporary Barista to join our team in Isa Town. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working as a Barista and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a temporary Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing excellent customer service. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control of all drinks served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Barista
- Proven knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month (based on experience)

Location: Isa Town (no accommodation provided)
