Job Title: Head Chef

As a Head Chef at our luxury hotel in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and managing a team of chefs. Your duties will include creating menus, managing food inventory and ordering, ensuring quality and consistency of dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new chefs, as well as maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning dishes. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month with accommodation included.
