Executive Chef
An upscale resort in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end establishment and have excellent leadership skills to effectively manage our diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase creative and innovative dishes while also considering dietary restrictions and guest preferences
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain appropriate levels of food supplies while minimizing waste
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for events and special occasions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Monitor budgetary constraints and implement cost-cutting measures when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
and communicate with staff members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Pakistani nationality (preferred)
Salary: $1600/month (tax-free)
Contract Type: Full-time
