Part-Time Administrator
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Wiltz. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company on a part-time basis. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Maintaining and organizing company documents and records
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Compensation:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation may be provided if needed. We also offer free visa processing and ticket expenses for international candidates.
