Gardener Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Dickirch. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of gardeners to ensure quality work and adherence to safety guidelines
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the gardening team
- Monitor plant health, identify any pest or disease issues, and take necessary actions
- Maintain equipment and tools used by the gardening team
- Coordinate with other departments for special events or projects that require gardening services
- Communicate with clients or property owners regarding their gardening needs and provide recommendations or suggestions as needed
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for gardening tasks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to gardening practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gardener supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and other greenery commonly found in the area
- Familiarity with various gardening techniques such as pruning, planting, fertilizing, etc.
- Ability to operate and maintain various gardening equipment and tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients from different backgrounds
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
