Call Center Representative - Malayalee



We are a leading call center company in Medina and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, suitable for Malayalees.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, therefore, you must have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and be fluent in English as well.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience working in a call center environment. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has a positive attitude, and can work well under pressure.
