Job Title: Construction Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Dickirch. As a Contract employee, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. This role is open to candidates of all nationalities and does not require prior experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is being done efficiently and according to specifications
- Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within financial constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in construction management or related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
