Job Opportunity: Operations Manager at All In Oman – Travel & Tours.

We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to manage daily operations, attract customers, handle bookings and schedules, and work with guides, drivers, and partners to ensure smooth service.

The role offers a base salary of 300 OMR/month, a 10% profit share of each tour, company car and mobile phone, furnished housing, and visa and health insurance after a 2-month trial period. Ideal candidates should be good at organizing, problem-solving, and working independently, with experience in tourism a plus. You must also have good communication skills (English required, Arabic a bonus), a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with the places and tours we offer in Oman.
