Job Title: Electrician Supervisor

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As the Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of electricians, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and evaluating performance
- Plan and schedule work assignments to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Inspect work sites to ensure safety regulations are being followed and work is being carried out according to specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions as needed
- Communicate with clients and other contractors to coordinate project details
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and materials needed for projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide cost estimates for projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Electrician or in a similar supervisory role
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one for international travel
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring techniques, and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (candidates from other countries will also be considered)
