Gardener Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Muscat. As the Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the gardening operations and team. This includes planning, organizing, and directing all gardening activities, as well as providing training and guidance to the gardening staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of gardeners to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Plan, organize, and schedule gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues or diseases; take appropriate measures to maintain healthy plants
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition; arrange for repairs or replacements when needed
- Train new gardening staff on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Develop and implement a waste management plan for garden debris
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, trees, flowers, soil types, pest control methods, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan ahead and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month without accommodation. Visa sponsorship will be provided if needed.

This role is based in Muscat.
