Construction Project Manager
Construction Project Manager needed for a leading construction company based in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, with a strong background in project planning, budgeting and scheduling. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate and manage teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timelines are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the GCC region
- Strong knowledge of project planning software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain (visa sponsorship available)
