Surveyor Assistant


We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Dickirch. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will work closely with our team of surveyors to assist with various tasks related to land surveying. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the field and eager to learn and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist surveyors in conducting land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Prepare and maintain survey equipment, including calibration and repairs.
- Collect data and measurements, record field notes, and assist with creating maps and plans.
- Perform calculations and data analysis using computer software.
- Help set up control points and markers on job sites.
- Provide support during field surveys, including carrying equipment, setting up tripods, and taking accurate measurements.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Surveyor Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Strong mathematical skills for performing calculations and data analysis.
- Familiarity with computer software for drafting maps and plans.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain.
- Valid biometric passport or the ability to obtain one for international travel if needed.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month without accommodation. Additional benefits may be provided depending on experience.
