As a farmer, you will play a crucial role in the agricultural industry in Abu Dhabi. Your main responsibility will be to cultivate and harvest crops, ensuring their proper growth and health. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the land for planting
- Plant, water, fertilize, and harvest crops according to the seasonal schedule
- Monitor crop health and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal growth
- Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors, plows, and irrigation systems
- Identify and manage any potential pests or diseases that may affect the crops
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the farm
- Maintain accurate records of crop production, expenses, and inventory levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience in farming or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic farm equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of plant biology and soil composition

Salary:
