As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations in our high-end restaurant located in Dickirch. Your main objective will be to maintain the highest standard of food quality and consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus, ensuring a balance between creativity, seasonality, and profitability
- Source and select top quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Develop new recipes and dishes while maintaining consistency with existing ones
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure a high level of performance and efficiency
- Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen supplies to meet budgetary goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to lead a team with strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of international cuisine and current food trends
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid biometric passport for international travel if needed

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided but assistance can be given in finding suitable housing. As this is a high-end restaurant, evening and weekend shifts will be required. However, we offer a competitive compensation package with benefits such as paid vacation time.
