Office Assistant in El-Ain, Egypt
We are a growing company in El-Ain, Egypt and we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in person or over the phone
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for staff members
- Type documents, reports, and other materials as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining company records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven experience working in an office environment preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Must be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1700$ per month.
