Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a seasonal resort in Clairvaux. As a key member of our food and beverage team, the ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, even without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Take food and drink orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any complaints or concerns
- Handle payments and operate the cash register accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
