Florist Assistant


We are a busy flower shop in Al-Kuwait seeking a skilled and passionate Florist Assistant to join our team. We are specifically looking for Malayalees with no English language requirements, as we cater to a primarily Malayalee customer base. This is an ideal opportunity for someone without any prior experience in the field, as we are willing to provide on-the-job training.

As a Florist Assistant, you will assist the senior florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, restocking supplies, and assisting with customer orders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for floristry and be willing to learn and develop their skills. They must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation will be provided along with a free visa and ticket to Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior florists in creating floral arrangements and bouquets
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Assisting with customer orders
- Learning about different types of flowers and their care
- Providing excellent customer service to our Malayalee clientele

Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Must be Malayalee with no English language requirements
- Passion for floristry
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Must be able to live in Kuwait with provided accommodation

Salary: 1200$ per month
