A boutique flower shop in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for design and a passion for flowers. The ideal candidate will have experience in floral design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with nature and has a creative flair. Salary starts at 1700$ per month, depending on experience. Indian nationals are preferred, but all qualified candidates are welcome to apply. No English language skills required. Women are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create stunning floral arrangements using various types of flowers and plants
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect arrangement for their occasion
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh flowers
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or floral designer
- Creative flair and eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Understanding of color combinations and arrangement designs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
