Urgent Construction Manager in Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented
- Create and maintain project schedules and ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage a team of construction workers and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Must be willing to relocate to Wiltz, Luxembourg if not already located there
