Junior Construction Manager

The Junior Construction Manager will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Wiltz. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in construction management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior managers and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of project management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior managers
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Assist with resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Keep detailed records of project expenses, materials, and equipment usage
- Participate in meetings and provide input on project strategies and decisions

Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management software is an asset
- Must be able to travel to different construction sites as needed
