Job Title: Construction Manager


We are a reputable construction company based in Wiltz and we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and implementation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project plans are executed efficiently
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers on-site
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and government officials
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
