Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff hiring and training, inventory management, and budgeting
- Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere for guests through excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met
- Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or wastage
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Uphold health and safety regulations in the restaurant at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment is required
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English are necessary for this role
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease
- Must possess a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
