Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Riyadh. Your main goal will be to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specials
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, customer service, and marketing
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1000 per month
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
