We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately surveying and measuring construction sites, as well as providing cost estimates and preparing contracts for projects. This is a full-time contract position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with construction laws and regulations in Luxembourg
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements of construction sites using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects
- Create contracts detailing project scope, timelines, costs, and responsibilities of all parties involved
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time
- Identify any potential issues or discrepancies during the construction process and provide solutions to resolve them
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in surveying technology
