Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedules
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the correct person
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and mailing packages
- Assist with travel arrangements for company executives
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus
