Administrative Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties include maintaining office supplies, organizing and scheduling appointments, preparing reports and correspondence, and managing databases. You will also be responsible for handling employee records and assisting with payroll.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong organizational skills. Experience in human resources or payroll is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage databases and input data accurately
- Assist with employee records and payroll
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
