We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography and other important data for construction and development projects. You will also be responsible for preparing maps, reports and other documents to present survey data.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various methods such as GPS, laser and traditional surveying equipment
- Analyze collected data to identify property boundaries and topographical features
- Prepare accurate maps, reports and other documents to present survey data
- Work closely with engineers, architects and other professionals on construction projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and findings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with CAD software for map preparation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
$1700 per month (with accommodation provided)
