Experienced Waiter in Medina (Malayalee Preferred)


We are in need of an experienced waiter to join our team at a busy restaurant in Medina. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter or similar role
- Fluency in English is a must, Malayalee language skills are preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, plus tips.

Location:
The restaurant is located in the bustling city of Medina.

Accommodation:
This position does not come with accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own living arrangements.
