Wedding Planner Assistant

As a Wedding Planner Assistant, your main responsibility will be to support the lead wedding planner in all aspects of the planning process. This includes assisting with client consultations, vendor coordination, event design and execution, and managing timelines and budgets.
To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in event planning or a related field, particularly in weddings. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead wedding planner in all aspects of the planning process
- Attend client consultations and assist with gathering necessary information
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
- Help design and execute events based on client preferences
- Manage timelines and budgets effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to clients at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in event planning or related field
- Knowledge of wedding industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
