Senior Sailor - El-Fujairah, UAE


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sailor to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Senior Sailor, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining all aspects of the vessel, ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers and crew while adhering to maritime laws and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain all aspects of the vessel including engine room, deck machinery, navigation equipment, and safety systems
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on the vessel as needed
- Ensure compliance with maritime laws and regulations at all times
- Monitor weather conditions for safe navigation
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Train and supervise junior sailors on board
- Keep accurate records of vessel activities and maintenance logs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a sailor on commercial vessels
- Must hold a Sailor 1st class certification or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Pakistani nationality preferred
