Part-Time Office Administrator


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team in Salalah. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This is a part-time position, with a salary of 1600$, suitable for individuals with or without experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bill payments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and copying

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Location:
The position is based in Salalah, so we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Salalah or willing to relocate.
