Handyman - Skilled Maintenance Worker

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Wiltz. As a Handyman, your main responsibility will be to perform various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems, and make necessary repairs
- Inspect facilities regularly for any necessary repairs or upgrades
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and methods
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
