Restaurant Manager
A well-established restaurant in Lusail is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant including food quality, customer service, and employee performance.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability.
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and menu development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
Salary: 1300$ per month + Accommodation
