We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing maps and reports, and providing expert advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in surveying, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and create accurate maps and reports
- Provide expert advice on land development projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage surveying equipment maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, levels, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
