Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Muscat. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data to support construction and development projects. You should have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as the ability to use surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying methods, such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data on land features, boundaries, elevation, and other relevant factors
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning and development
- Ensure that all survey work is completed within established timelines and budget constraints
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Previous experience in land surveying preferred but not required
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position. Our company also provides opportunities for growth and professional development.

Location:
This position is based in Muscat. While we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Muscat or willing to relocate at their own expense, we are open to considering candidates from other locations with valid biometric passports.
