Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This position offers a salary of 900$ and is open to both Pakistani and Egyptian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to generate leads
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Ability to travel within Abu Dhabi as needed
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred
