Light Driver
As a Light Driver, you will be responsible for operating a light vehicle to transport passengers and/or goods to their designated locations. Your main duties will include loading and unloading the vehicle, ensuring the safety and security of passengers and goods, and maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating a light vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
- Transporting passengers and/or goods to their designated locations
- Loading and unloading items as required
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and goods during transport
- Maintaining accurate records of pick-up, drop-off, mileage, fuel consumption, etc.
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle
- Reporting any issues or incidents immediately to your supervisor
- Following all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Providing exceptional customer service to all passengers
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for light vehicles in Al-Rayyan (or willingness to obtain one)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a light driver preferred but not required
- Good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
