Dental Assistant


We are hiring a Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice in Al-Khor. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist, assisting them with patient care and performing various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about dental health and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, following all safety protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms for patients by ensuring cleanliness and stocking supplies
- Take and develop X-rays as instructed by the dentist
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Provide oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Record patient information, including medical history and treatment plans
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Communicate with patients regarding their treatment plans and answer any questions they may have
- Perform basic front desk duties such as answering phone calls, taking payments, and managing insurance claims

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program preferred
- Previous experience as a dental assistant is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development within our practice.

Location:
Our dental practice is located in Al-Khor, making it easily accessible from various parts of the city. We welcome candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani or Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate must be available to work on weekends if needed.

Visa Requirements:
The candidate must have their own valid visa to work in Qatar.
